How to get JetPack Comment Box opened as expanded always?

I’m using JetPack and its comment plugin. The plugin always opens a collapsed comment section with every post.
And it happens many times that visitor overlooks the comment box due its tiny size as it becomes hard to spot it specially with large post content.

Kindly guide how can I change the comment box to open as expanded always?
