How to get Kwicks for jQuery to work in wordpress

Hi,

I trying to use Kwicks for jQuery in my wordpress navigation. This is the effect I would like to have with my current navigation pages.

I have downloaded the files from here: https://www.jeremymartin.name/projects.php?project=kwicks

I’m not sure where to begin in putting coding and how to make it work. I want the effect to incorporate with my current navigation.
