How to get main RSS to reflect query_posts?

    Hi
    I put a query_posts in front of the loop on my front page, to prevent certain categories from showing up there. Problem is, the rss still shows the excluded posts.
    I’m using wp 2.3.3… How do I fix my rss?

    Use a plugin instead of the query posts.
    Extend > Plgins > search “excluder”
