How to get more details on emails/invoices?

    Hi everyone!

    Just trying to get some help or insight in regards to the email/invoices/order part of WooCommerce.

    When anyone places an order, we get the name of the product (the title) on the email that gets sent to us (and the customers) and on the invoice as well.

    For example, if someone places an order for a “green water bottle” – the product title “green water bottle” gets displayed on the email notification and on the invoice attached.

    So it would appear as; The title – the quantity – the price

    Green water bottle – 1 – $10

    However, is it possible to add more details? We are trying to add other details as well such as maybe some short descriptions or additional information on the product the customer has purchased. Such as

    Green water bottle – 1 – $10

    • made from BPA free plastic
    • great for all ages
    • comes with one filter

    Is there any plugin for this? since we would be adding the additional information and it would vary from product to product – wouldn’t we need to add the information on each product the email templates?

    I’m not sure if I know of a plugin that can help achieve similar results as you have described.

    However, I will leave this thread open for any community member that has ideas of how to achieve this in the simplest way possible.
