How to get notified to update my posts?

Hi, is there any way to get notified via email to update my posts?
Like if I have created a blog today, and want to set a reminder after 7 days, to update my blog, I want to receive any notification via mail, that it’s now time to update or something.
Is there any plugin or anything that can help me with this?

without custom development I am not aware of a way to do this. There is this article which provides some Notification methods that ‘may’ include that feature:
