How to get old Ixion homepage back?

  • I love the way Ixion looks in this image (taken from WordPress’s theme website). In fact, one of my other WordPress websites uses that exact design.

    But it seems like Ixion no longer uses that design for their homepage. I don’t know what happened or what changed, but the default homepage is now this weird early-2000s style (seen here on my new website) where I have to scroll way down to see everything. When I use the Customizer to add all the things that are included in the old Ixion homepage, like the call to action button, the alignment and everything gets messed up.

    Is this because of the new block customizer thingy that WordPress rolled out? It’s so frustrating. I really liked the old Ixion design. Is there a way to get it back?

    Can you please switch back to the classic editor and try rebuilding your front page?

    To revert to the old editor click the three dots at the top right corner of the editor and selecting “Switch to Classic Editor” option. Here is a screencast of the steps to follow: https://cld.wthms.co/tOOMQu
