How to get onto WordPress after installing on Media Temple (gs)

I have Grid Service (gs) and I just went through with the setup process for WordPress, but I’m not sure how to start using it for my site. This is my first time with any of this, so I’m completely clueless. I’ve followed all the steps and all the wp files are in the right directory on my server, I’m just not sure where to begin with starting to post. Help???
