How to get order Tax rate

Hello, first of all, thanks for the plugin.
It works wonders, just having a minor issue.
When I export tax rate with the [P] Item Tax Rate it gets duplicated when the order has two items, or triplicated when having 3 items, and so on…
For instance, an order with one product with VAT 21% is exported:
21
But if an order, with two products with VAT 21% is exported:
2121

How can I get the order tax rate, not the item tax rate? So it just displays tax value once?
