How to get popup to load on post?

    I created a popup and set the display rule to “Selected Posts” and selected a single post. I typed a couple words then selected it from the drop-down.

    I then set the popup events to “On Hover” and “On Click”.

    Finally, I saved the popup and verified it is enabled. However, when I hover or click my Post, the popup doesn’t show.

    Could someone provide some help on what I’m doing wrong.

    Happy to provide any necessary information I can.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    The “On Hover” and “On Click” events do not refer to the whole page.

    They are assigned to a certain element on the page.
    That is why the popup wasn’t visible when hovering on the page and clicking on some areas.

    If you want the popup to be shown on the page, you can choose the “On Load” event.
