How to get post title into a form-field

Hi!

First of all thanks for the great plugin you gave!

I have the following problem. I would like to use the title of the post as the default value for one field but I cant succeed. ??
It works if I use the default:get method with the filed name, but I can’t control on every link to use the same format.
I’ve tried to give custom fields without success and default:post_title did not worked.

Could you please be so kind and help me out in this matter?
