How to get pre-4.2 keyboard shortcuts back?

    I am using the tinymce editor.

    Before the WP 4.2 release, the keyboard shortcut for H2 / H3 / … was ctrl-2 / ctrl-3 etc.

    Now it is alt-shift-2 etc.

    This is very very awkward for structuring long texts – try to do a alt-shift-5 with one hand (while scrolling through the text with the other). This has considerable drawbacks for my work, it really slows down the editing process.

    How can I get the old ctrl-x shortcuts back?

    (Why have they been changed anyway?)
