How to get return shipment number?

  • Hi,

    I am creating for my orders return labels. How can I get the return shipment number for tracking? Currently I see this only in the pdf, not in the wordpress database or at the order attributes…

    If this isn′t stored anywhere in the wordpress system, do you maybe know a possibility to get the number via DHL API?

    die Retourenlabel Nummer kann man mit der Gesch?ftskundenversand-API 3.0 anrufen, bzw. werden diese in der Response mit zurück geliefert.
    Inwieweit das von Ihnen verwendete WooCommerce Plugin die API 3.0 verwendet, müssten Sie ggf. bei dem Support hinterfragen.

    Hello,

    the return label number can be called with the Business Customer Shipping API 3.0, or are they delivered back in the response.
    To what extent the WooCommerce Plugin you are using uses API 3.0, you may have to ask the support team.

    You can generate a return label by placing a value for “DHL Retoure” in the “DHL Products and Participation Number” and setting the return address in the settings.

    I don’t believe there is another way currently.
