How To Get Rid Of Comment Count?

    On the homepage of my website, there is a little red bubble icon with a number next to it which represents how many comments there are on each post.

    Is there a way to get rid of this little red bubble with the number of comments on it so that there is no way to tell the amount of comments per post?
