How to get rid of Find Us feature

    I just updated to version 6.2 and also updated my theme (Sydney) as well as Elementor. This resulted in the Find Us feature appearing on every page of my website. I’ve looked through all my widgets and plugins and can’t find where it is coming from so that I can turn it off.

    Hi there,

    That’s a new one I haven’t seen. From taking a look at the markup I do see it’s a text widget which does add to the oddness of this. What happens if you deactivate plugins? Does that go away?

    Thank you for your response! As I was deactivating plugins, I ended up finding out that the problem was with the theme. When I went into theme settings, customize, pages, I found that the sidebar had been enabled. I guess that happened when I updated to the newest version of the theme.

    I’m not very experienced with wp sites, so maybe this is something I should have checked from the start. I would not have figured this out without your suggestion, though, so thank you very much!
