How to get rid of New post Tweet?

  • Hey guys,

    My website is: https://hscstudyskills.com.au/

    When you first enter the page, there is an annoying tweet message saying “Tweet – This is a new post, Share on”. How to get rid of this dialog box?

    The only plugins that “may” be responsible for this are:

    TweetMeme Retweet Button
    Social Media Widget

    I tried de-activating both, but still the dialogue box keeps appearing – how do I disable this popup in my homepage?
