How to get Server Media Folders from Dashboard

  • Hi,
    I think, I should ask the question this way:

    I have my media files strictly arranged in folders in my domain-Wordpress-folder on the server using the comfortable cP File Manager.

    How to reach the folders and media files from the Dashboard so that to add them to the web site?

    I have experience with other CMS platforms and there I can easily get my media files from the server via Dashboard but WordPress lacks this feature. Should I feel like – WordPress is still not ready for developing big web-sites?

    Can somebody suggest some way, please?

    You can access your server media folders from the WordPress dashboard, you would need to install a plugin that was built for this functionality.
