How to get services title only

in email content i want send services title only which is selected by customer while filling forms.
for other field we can use your Special tags in the notification emails like:

Total cost: <%final_price%>

But <%fieldname1%> gives me all like services title time date.

can i get services title, appointment time, appointment date separately like others field rather then combined
