Hi, I’m using the Photo Gallery plugin and it’s great, but it’s not working in my theme’s page builder, GoodLayers, when I try to add a gallery using the button. So I’ve been getting the shortcode by adding it through the Gutenberg editor, which works fine but adds extra steps. I just want to use a shortcode using the ID number for the gallery we want for that page, but I don’t see how to find the ID number. For example, on my site the shortcode for one gallery is [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id=”9″ gal_title=”Celebration”] but when I look at that gallery in the Photo Gallery page in the Dashboard, it says “current_id=4” in the URL. But 4 doesn’t work as the gallery’s ID in the shortcode. How can I easily see a gallery’s unique ID without having to open up a test page and adding it through Gutenberg? Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi,

Please note that you can get the shortcodes by generating the shortcodes, please navigate to Global Settings > General > Generate Shortcode and click on Generate Shortcode button. Select all the needed settings and click on Generate button. See the following record.
With Generate Shortcode option, you also have the tools to edit existing shortcodes. Use the drop-down list of shortcodes to choose one and modify as necessary.

As you finish making changes, make sure to click Update button to save the shortcode.

    Thanks!
