    Caldera Forms is created by Caldera Labs, a premium WordPress plugin company ran by Josh Pollock, David Cramer, and I on a full-time basis. We offer versions of many of our products, including Caldera Forms, for free, which supports the extendability and power that makes WordPress the leading platform for websites online.

    However, we do not offer free support for Caldera Forms. Caldera Forms users have two options to receive support. You can either purchase a priority support license, or purchase a Caldera Forms add-on. Doing so helps make it possible for us to continue to work on Caldera Forms and our other plugins.
