How to get the default dropdown options defined under a group of custom fields

    I need to get all the options I specified under a select box in admin panel while creating a new group.

    For example, I have created a select box named as ‘fruit’ with options
    Apple
    Banana
    Mango
    I need all the fruits in my theme.

    FYI, I do not need selected choice against a post instead need all the default options available to be chosen.
