How to get the Link to a site into a tab work?

    Hi,

    I′ve installed the ERT Plugin.
    I can insert tabs in the tiny editor and they work fine.

    I am using the mingle-theme with buddypress.

    What I have to to to insert a link on site X to get to site Y with tab Z open? i′ve seen your examples, but I didn′t understand, what I have to do.

    Where to paste what code?
