I fixed the permalinks. I still cant figure out how to add new pages to the top nav.

Create a Page (not post!) with the title “About”. Write some content about the site. Save it. It should work.

Thanks for all of the help. I went into the header code but cant get the page I created to link to the header ‘about’ link. Any suggestions?

If you create a Page titled “About” that should be displayed at the URI
example.com/about
I had the impression this code <a href="...com/about"> is already in your header file. So, normally, you shouldn’t have to do anything.
