how to get the text in the email field to remain

    Hi,

    Sorry, can you clarify what you want to accomplish? After someone clicks the box, the initial value disappears but you want it to stay there?

    That is exactly it!

    Here is a link to the site https://heattreatforum.flyten.net/.

    The search field on the left is how I want the newsletter search field (on the right) to perform. So when someone clicks in it the text stays in the background until they start typing.

    Hi,

    The “search” field is using the HTML 5 attribute placeholder. I’ll add an option for this in the next release, I guess in a week or two. Hope you can wait that long. ??
