How to get this in French

Hi,

I know the plugin lists the translations its available in. We want this in FR which is listed however the default download seems to be English when we upload the Zip file. How can we change this to French for our French website?

Currently when the email is sent the FR accents turn into odd characters so we are hoping this issue would be solved if we used the FR translation.

Please help! We’d like to push this live but the accents are causing an issue.
