How to handle Polish characters in URL?

Hi,
I have Polish characters in the form, e.g. “Ma?gorzata”.
After the redirection, I have “bushes” instead of Polish letters.

I use the PRO version.
I have set: nazwa=[imie]
[imie] = Ma?gorzata
Instead of “?” moves me “??”
How to fix it?It should convert Polish characters like this tool:
