How to have checkbox ‘autochecked’ by default

    Thanks for this tip. I’ve included this in my CF7 code, and taken off the checkbox for the acceptance box.

    I have: [acceptance accept-this-yes default:on] Subscribe to our newsletter

    Yet, I’m not sure what to put in the Mail settings when the email is generated.

    Also, I put ‘acceptance_as_validation: on’ in the Additional Settings area, but the form will only work if the box is selected. Will not run if the box is not selected. Since this is an optional button, this is problematic. Thoughts?
