If you’re wanting to make sure that images within the WordPress Editor are showing in the post, you’ll want to customize the posts_loop_template.php per the above post and make sure to swap the_excerpt(); for the_content();.

Another question if you are still there….what if I don’t want all the content but just the post with the image and excerpt….like however i wrote it on my home page….?
