How to have new imported images on NextGEN go after old images

  • I would like my newly added images on NextGEN Gallery Plugin to display on a page after the previous images, right now they go on top instead.

    Hi @jacevedo4,

    Go to NextGEN Gallery > Manage Galleries, open your gallery, click sort gallery, then choose “by Image ID” and click ascending. The save.

    If you want all galleries to behave like this, go to NextGEN Gallery > Other Options > Image Options and under “What’s the default sorting method?” choose the same as above and save.

    Hi Jaime,

    It went very well and it did work thank you. But now I am not getting the Sort Gallery Option.

    Is it possible to have both options?

    Hi @jacevedo46,

    Unfortunately no, if you set a default sorting, you will lose manual option.
