How to have search engine index a directory of files

I have about 1000 files that I want search engines to index. Instead of creating 1000 posts with the contents of the files, I would like to know if there’s away, perhaps a plugin that can help with this, but basically I just want to dump all 1000 files into a directory and have the search engines pick up all thoses files.

The content of the files is very specific so I expect users to search for entire paragraphs. Do you know if there is something I can use to accomplish this?
