How to have specific checkout fields for each product?

How can I display specific fields for each product?

I am using: WooCommerce, Memberships, Subscriptions & GoCardless plugins

I have created several products that are memberships. When someone buys either of these products, they get membership access to the website. All of these are different products that provide membership access:

1) Veterinary student
2) Veterinary surgeon – UK
3) Veterinary surgeon – outside the UK

If someone selects the ‘Veterinary student’ membership product, at the payment stage I would like to display two specific fields. ‘University you’re studying at’ & ‘year you finish university’. If someone selects ‘Veterinary surgeon – UK’, I would like to display a ‘UK Veterinary Surgeon license number’ field to them.

How can I display specific fields for each product? (in addition to the standard fields – address, email, name).
