How to have Website in Eng/Spanish Enq form

Hello,

I have set up a Website before using WordPress – I am not a technical person!! I want to set up another. But, I want an opening page to give the choice of English or Spanish. Then the viewer goes to their choice.

I have all the content in both English and Spanish and – so no translation of text is necessary. I will also want an ‘Enquiry’ page for – maybe even selling 5 different products online.

Can I do this – or is it simpler to set up 2 seperate websites – one in English, the other in Spanish.

Please help in layman’s terms (as much as possible) – my head is spinning after Googling this for a couple of hours. The answers scare me!
