How to hidden a section if empty

  • I’m in trouble to found how to hidden a title for a CF field that must be hidden if user do not fill the CF.
    It is possible?

    i’ve two sections : 1) title 2) image
    if user fil the image field of the CPT i’ll see title and image but if he do not fill i’d like to not have to show a title and the empty section of image.
