how to hide a listing phone number?

I would like to know if it was possible to hide a phone number on listings’ details and make it readable only upon clicking on it, just as a anti-spam filter..?

I did as explained , created a GD > Post Badge block with %%input%% as the POPOVER TITLE, and all I get is a plain phone number… of course!
My next step here would be to manage some design such as icon + label + value as displayed in GD > Post Meta, and showing up when clicking on my badge..
Is there any way to do that?here is a page sample of my design so far:
