How to Hide a Specific ACF field (Not the entire group)

I have a phone number field setup in ACF Pro inside a field group. Is there a way to HIDE this phone number field from one particular user role? For example, I don’t want sales agents adding/editing a specific phone number field that is an ACF field. I have the setting checked that says: “Force custom post types to use their own capabilities” Help would be greatly appreciated. I already have User Role Editor Pro by the way.
