How to hide child pages in main menu bar

  • I’m trying to add separate pages to a media page I have set up but I don’t want the child page in the main menu bar. How can I hide those child pages from the main menu?

    Esmi, I’m a newb at this. The depth=1 makes perfect sense and I looked at the wp_list_pages link but I’m not sure where I’m supposed to do all that. I’m using artisteer 2 is the depth something I’m supposed to label in my theme or can I control it in wordpress? and if so how do I get there? Sorry, like I said newb…
