How to hide default mobile menu

Thank you very much for this great plugin, it is awesome, the only problem i seem to have is i cant seem to hide/disable the default mobile menu that comes with the theme. I am using the madhat theme which has a terrible mobile nav bar. How do i hide/disable this and just use yours?
