How to hide navigation and footer from homepage?

Hi,
I need to hide both the top navigation and the footer from this page, the users must not be able to change passwords or access the normal login page here.
Navigation and footer need to be hidden only in this page, in the site itself they need to be seen. If they cannot be hidden, how can I hide from the menus all the links to login, password change and member page? The menus should not contain anything related to Ultimate Mmeber.

Yes, I have the menus set to be visible to only logged in users. However I have no idea how to hide the links that are related to Ultimate Member (ie. changing password, own account). I absolutely need to hide those too. The contents if the site is not visible and that is just like it should be.
If this is difficult, it would be good if I could hide both the menu area and footer altogether for logged-out users.
