How to hide “out of stock” label on category page

Hi There

We are looking to publish products that are coming soon, but do not have a confirmed inventory count. I would like the “coming soon” badge to be slightly larger if possible, and for the out of stock label to be disabled. Any assistance or suggestions for either request is greatly appreciated.
