    Hi there,

I’ve encountered a small issue when using this plugin together with the plugin Germanized. In order to comply with EU regulations the latter displays base price on the product page.
Unfortunately the base price also appears in the PDF invoice right next to the product price, see example here.
Does anyone knows how to hide the base price altogether?

    Thanks!

Hi! The free Simple template takes the prices directly as they are formatted by WooCommerce, and this format can indeed be modified by third partly plugins like Germanized. If you want to show/format the prices in the invoice independently from the prices in the WooCommerce email etc, you can do that using our Premium Templates extension. Which allows you to define exactly what price you want to see where:

    Fair enough, thanks!

    Hi, it’s me again.
Regardless of already having a solution for the problem, I had a look at he PDF invoices generated in my previous tests it turned out that this issue only affects some of the e-mail types, but not all.
For instance: The base price appears in the PDF invoice sent with the “customer shipment” e-mail (link), but not in the invoice sent with the “customer invoice” e-mail (link). It is exactly the same order.
So maybe a bug or something.

Because the “277,80 € /100 ml” bit is added by Germanized, we don’t have any control over when exactly it appears. It appears that Germanized is not always adding this, but adding it to specific emails depending on the context. But we cannot change when Germanized does this. You will need contact the Germanized support team if they can tell you how to remove this for specific contexts/emails (our plugin, when using the Simple template, follows suit of what is displayed in the email that the pdf is attached to).
