    Hi,

I have only simple products on my website except for one variable product with 2 variants.
The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin imported the parent product + both variants into the Facebook catalogue.
However I do not want to show the parent product in the catalogue because only the 2 variants can be bought.
How can I hide the parent product (or do not sync it) from the Facebook catalogue?

    Thank you for your help.

You can only set product sync settings at the product level.
For this purpose, you can set up each variant as a separate product.

To learn more about this, please refer to the “Product sync settings” section at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#product-sync-settings.

    Hi @kosiew ,

Do you mean that I would have to replace my variable product by 2 simple products?
That is not what I want, I want to keep only one product page with the choice of 2 variants (which are 40 gram and 100 gram).

I just would like to sync only the 2 variants and not the parent product (which is logical).
If this option doesn’t exist (which seems very strange to me) could you please add this option in the next version of the plugin?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

There is no option in Facebook for WooCommerce to sync variations without syncing the parent.
