How to Highlight Current Category?

    The current category button on my blog doesn’t highlight after the category menu has been clicked. For example, the “WHY ME? in the navbar here should be red, as the home button is here.

    I’ve tried a number of fixes, many of which are outdated, without success. Is there a solution to this?
