how to hover title of pictures

    Hi,
    I think title of the pictures should be shown when hovering on pictures not below them.
    Most of the themes show titles while hovering but not hueman theme.
    right now it is very ugly.
    I would like to know if there is any way for such a thing. something like a css code or a plugin or anything else to show titles when hovering.
