[HOW TO] I have to make a post but this feature.

Well hello everyone i am andon and nice to meet you!

Lets start i want to create a website for football in albania.. i have my ideas and one of them is to make post with match predictions..

So what is my request,

I want to a post for a match xxxx vs ttttttt clicking there after that to another page about this match… and the guest in the new page will have the oppurtunity to vote about the result of the match 1 X 2 etc after his voting still in this page i want to be a diagram that will show what the most of ppl think about this match also it will be and comments.

So does any1 have any idea? or suggestion help whatever i will appriciate it.

pm. BEFORE making this post really i have tried everything and i had look everywhere i could find any plugin that will help me in my aim
