How to identify facebook user between two separate platform using facebook devel

  • I am using facebook social authentication to sign up for one website. And I am having link to wordpress blog from website. I want when user comes to wordpress site and tries to comment on any post, He/she must get sign up or signIn in website from where he is redirected.

    So,
    How do I make user to sign up in website WHEN they tries to comment on wordpress post and also if they are already logged in website then how do I determine in wordpress facebook comment?
