How to identify posting problems

  • I have an issue while hitting publish on new articles. Sometimes it hangs and it takes long time, sometimes it publishes instantly.
    I guess its a plugin, but i cannot figure out which one.
    I use more or less 40 plugins. If I disable all it works, but i cannot prepare 40 posts in draft to test with each one. And also I cannot figure out why sometimes it works very well – maybe during 40 tests it works all well.

    I tried some tools like P3 Plugin Profiler, but it never report any issue, and the most intensive plugin was himself.

    So whatelse can I test?

  • if it only happens sporadically when all plugins are enabled, it’s not necessarily the fault of any one plugin in particular – more likely it’s an issue with the server resources available to your site.
