How to implement free membership level?

    I want a single, free membership level but I can’t figure out how to get that to work. I created the “membership options” page (which is basically register for free access), then a welcome page where the person lands after that but how am I supposed to get that “membership options” page to prompt actual registration without taking people off to Paypal?
