forgive me if this is a dumb question, but: I have installed “Image and Video Lightbox, Lightbox PopUp”, but I can’t see how to implement it.

In editing pages (via Elementor), I see no corresponding widget to drage into, e.g., a section. I also can’t find any “shortcode” to install.

Finally, the instructional videos I’ve found all seem to involve modifying CSS/html, which I don’t want to do.

Is there no drag-and-drop/menu implementation of this plugin?

    Many thanks!

    Hi dear user.

    Sorry for the late response.

After installation, the plugin should automatically work for images. Can you send us the website url?

    Thanks.

many thanks for your help. Perhaps my question wasn’t clear. I simply wanted to essentially be able to tell wordpress/Elementor:

“WordPress/Elementor: when someone clicks on this image, make it display as a lightbox”

I finally found out how to do so, but it’s not at all clear how to do so (at least via Elementor) :
? first, you have to go to into Elementor:
EDIT IMAGE -> CONTENT= media file
? ONLY THEN will the “lightbox” option even appear!

To be fair, this was an Elementor issue, but, as someone who has worked as a coder (SAS), I have to say that WordPress is, in general, a pretty poorly designed interface. As an example, just look at all the different paths you have to follow to create and format a menu – there’s no one place where you go to take care of link colors, content, size, typography, actions, etc.

    Many thanks again for responding.
