How to import disqus comments to wordpress

    i am newbie here, my site is https://goo.gl/OeJnv0 , it was developed on Jekyll, now we are planning to migrate to WordPress, and planning to import all our old comments from the respective posts to the WordPress posts, how to do that pls help me
