How to import from business listing plugin to custom post type?

    I have about 70 businesses in a business listing plugin and need to export them out of that plugin, then import them into a new custom post type on a different site. It doesn’t seem that the standard WordPress importer will let me do this switch.

    Is there a plugin that can let me select fields and post types for import? Or will I need to do this via the database and SQL?

    I recommend asking in that plugin’s dedicated support forum so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    I can export out the information from the plugin, my issue is taking that information and importing it into a new custom post type. The WordPress Importer does not allow you to choose post types, fields to sync etc. so I’m looking for another solution.
