How to import listings from only my office

  • I cannot figure out how to import only listings that come from one brokerage. I took an existing import schedule that was working, made a copy of it and changed the Property Query from (Status=|A) to (Status=|A),(Rltr=Company Name) where ‘Rltr’ is the system name and ‘company name’ is the value stored on the RETS server.

    Hello.

    In general looks correct, just I would add this | before the value (Rltr=|Company Name)

    Also, need to check your company name. We could set up that for you if you need as custom service.

    I tried that also but it still does not work. I had a close look at the RETS data and I think the problem is that the “Rtlr” field is not searchable or have a list of values.

    Is there another way to do it using Matches?

    Is it possible to import all the properties as drafts so that I can publish only the ones I want?

    Hello.

    Yes, you can import to draft. You need to use attribute Status and XPath value Daft.

    You could preview results and check how looks correct spelling for your office.
